What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Paypal and all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We will gladly accept checks or money orders but personal checks may be held up to 7 business days to clear. All checks or money orders must be in US funds. Sorry, but we are not able to process COD orders.
What is your return policy?
We will gladly accept returns within 30 days of purchase. All merchandise must be returned in the same condition it was shipped in. We guarantee that all parts will be in "as described" condition. We realize that quality is subjective, especially when dealing with original parts, so please inspect your order as soon as you receive it to make sure everything is up to your personal standards. Please call us at so we can discuss the best way to handle your return. We can not accept returns on electrical parts once they have been installed, or on parts that you have painted or modified. Any returns after 30 days will be handled on a case by case basis.
How do I know the parts I am ordering are correct for my car?
We have an extensive library of both Factory and Aftermarket parts catalogs and we thoroughly research all applications. We know that there are exceptions to every rule so please call us at 479-632-0011 or 479-430-4886 or e-mail email@example.com if you are in doubt.
What methods of domestic shipping do you use?
We use Federal Express and US Postal Service Priority Mail for most items. For oversize or truck freight, we can ship Greyhound Package Express terminal pickup to most major cities. Items that are too large or heavy for Greyhound are shipped by truck carrier. We use www.freightquote.com to get the best rates on the best carriers. This will usually be terminal pickup as well, but door-to-door service is available upon request.
What methods of international shipping do you use?
For our international customers, we prefer to ship by postal carrier whenever possible to ensure the lowest rates. Items that are too large or heavy to be shipped through the postal service can be shipped by BAX Global or FedEx International.
What happens if my order is lost or damaged in transit?
We overpackage and build wooden crates when necessary to ensure that your rare original parts are delivered damage free. We provide insurance for the full purchase price on every order and will handle any damage claims and give you a full refund if your order is lost or damaged.
Do you have other parts that are not listed on your website?
We have a constantly revolving inventory of parts in our salvage facility as well as several thousand parts in our warehouse. We do our best to keep our site stocked with the most popular items but we have parts dating from the 1930s through the 1980s.
